The aims of the GPPS PTA are to raise funds to be applied for the benefit of the girls at the School, and to provide opportunities for parents, girls and staff to meet in a social context.

We run a variety of social and fundraising events throughout the year, with the main events being the Christmas Bazaar and the Summer Fete. The money raised from such activities is given to the school to fund the extra and fun things for the girls that both enhance their education and add to their enjoyment of school life.

For example, so far this year, we have donated £100 to each class and £250 to the school libraries. We have also provided the Christmas tree and, at the time of writing, we are organising a Christmas Party for the whole school. Monies raised in previous years have provided a minibus for the school and the covered area outside the Reception class.

We appreciate all the help that is given to organise and run the events and encourage parents and staff to support these events and to give generously.
